Welcome

Welcome to The Paulie Family blog. This is where you’ll find the sort of reading materials that are bound to make you ask “What the hell?” The Paulie Family is a comedy group. Our premise is that we’re an imaginary Rock & Roll band in much the same way as other imaginary bands such as The Archies, The Partridge Family, and Spinal Tap. The main difference between us and them is that we’re a hell of a lot funnier.

We don’t have much here to start with, but that will eventually change as we move stuff from the message board that we previously posted on to here.

So stay tuned folks, and follow the amazingly bizarre antics of America’s favorite imaginary Rock & Roll band, The Paulie Family.

Thanks anyway, but I prefer good old fashioned magazines. Please do not post pornography links on this blog. Although we totally support freedom of speech, we prefer to make people laugh rather than make them sexually aroused.

Okay folks, that last comment was directed at a spammer, whose comment and link have now been deleted. Spammers will NOT be tolerated on this blog!

If anyone really feels the need to surf for porn there are plenty of other places to do it rather than here.

It is a very proud day in America when these comedy stylings move closer and closer to gut splitting domination...

Paul, I have always felt a comfort and warmth in your eyes like I have known you a thousand years..
THat is the truth, believe it or not...

Your comedy and wisdom is strongly needed....

as for myself I say; I see no greatness in my self...I'm a simple-minded, child-like, insipid sort of moronic and kind of akward feeling adolescent." N.C.

but your guidance has always been welcome..

Hello,

My name is Slyvester Mecanfield,

I was wondering if I could join your band. I will do an audition if you would like. I have video of when I played in a Village People cover band. We were called The hung boys. It is good video, I'm sure you would like it.

Dear Sylvester,

It’s interesting that your name is Sylvester because when we were originally trying to come up with a name for the band I suggested the name Fly & The Family Jewels (a parody after Sly & The Family Stone), but Paul didn’t want to be nicknamed “Fly.”

A Village People cover band? Now that’s just wrong, although it’s also just weird enough that it might work. Is your video on DVD or VHS? We may be willing to check it out even if it’s only good for a laugh.

Dear Richard,

Thank you for your support. I’ve noticed in the past that you frequently make videos with fat women in them. We have a fat woman that’s always calling in to complain about how much we make fun of fat people, and she’s looking for a celebrity spokesman for the Gravitationally Challenged.

Since you’ve recently fattened up to the point where whenever you wear sweat clothes they make you look like somebody tried to shove a hard boiled egg into a dime bag, perhaps you’d be interested in representing the Gravitationally Challenged? There’s not a whole lot of responsibility involved, you just have to ride in a wheelbarrow in the annual parade. Let us know if you’re interested and we’ll put you in touch.
